Siloam Springs, AR:  Online Market is Open!

www.siloamsprings.locallygrown.net

Good morning! There is such a great variety of produce available online this week, as well as pastured poultry, pork, and grass fed beef, farm fresh eggs, honey, and all natural home and personal products. I’ve included a recipe below that I hope will inspire you to try something new using products you purchase from our local farmers, makers, and bakers. The Stuffed Patty Pan Squash recipe sounds so good and uses patty pan squash available from Arkansabi Farms, ground beef & bacon available from R Family Farm, eggs available from Payne Farm or R Family Farm, and it calls for dill but I think I would substitute kale which is available from Opossum Hollow Produce or Arkansabi Farms.

If you try this recipe and like it please post pictures on the Siloam Springs Farmers Market Facebook page!

Have a great week and see you Saturday!

Take me to Heirloom Living Market.

All Cow Milk and Egg Orders from Cedar Rock MUST be in by 8:00pm SUNDAY!!

If you miss this deadline, you miss your milk next week. It is way to cumbersome to keep track of late orders and neither Sam or I have the time to do it. In the past, I had once said it was alright to text Sam, but that created an ‘administrative nightmare’ for me! I work a full time job in addition to the Market. Please get your orders in on time! Thank you for your cooperation!

Take me to Heirloom Living Market.

Champaign, OH:  Hello, Hello!!

Thank you for returning to the market with us, tonight! I am getting ready to open up this week’s market with a huge thank you to all of the customers who give us a dose of love, always, thru this little local market of love.

Just a quick note…we will begin to see seasonal vendors/products, drift away, again, just because the season will be ending, in a few short weeks. But then again, with this weather, I know the Hippie and the Farmer gardens seem to be confused, and are producing many items, on a second go round!!

Also, some of our vendors are leaving on vacations!! Some are busy doing a bit of regrowth, and will be returning, shortly!!

On the baking front, Littler Farms is away on family duty!!

And, our lovely GaGa’s Goodies could use a HUGE dose of all the love, hugs, kisses, and sympathies, that we can all give. Our thoughts all go out to her, her family, and all of those in their fold…

So, we are open, once again…we have amazing local products, all waiting to go home with each of you!!

Let’s rock this week!!

XOXO,
Cosmic Pam
